hiring-firing-dissing!

what happens when one gets removed from a position and gets thrown into deep end...??!!??? hmmm!!!!!
well im a living example, so what i believe it actually means is that the organisation wants to get rid of you but CANT or Wouldnt or whatever the case is. So eventually you'll prove your worth even when thrown into a rock-bottom-pit, if you're any good. Otherwise, hey-lo...you've given them all right to kick your ass out of the door.

Its amazing how a lobby functions in an organisation; people who are part of it dont really have to work and thats mainly because they wouldnt even know how to do their own job right, khair they spend most of their time in making lame excuses and building cases against those who do.

So the ones that do work get dissed everyday, i realise.

The lobby lives in a constant state of insecurity, it mostly feels threatened by a few brilliant people who eventually get fired for using their gray-matter.

And who said that you have to be any good to get hired...man!!!!! i've got stories.... :D. Key is all you need to do is fit the bill of the one who is hiring you. So it doesnt matter if you have a head on your shoulders, cause clearly your interviewer wouldnt be interested, basically boiling all of that down to the sweet-suckup talk and trust me you're in luck.

A national reconciliation ordinance for all…

I feel everyone and not just a select few should have immunity, and why not how much wrong could we have done compared to a list of over a thousand bloodsucking leeches.

34 politicians among 8,000 beneficiaries all of whom who have one thing or another to do with the very foundations of this country.

Over 8,000 people who were trusted by the rest of Pakistan for being the most corrupt-criminal minded and incompetent LOT – the countdown begins, with days left to decide on the fate of the not-so popular ordinance.

Promulgated by the man with a vision on October 05, 2007 - article which clearly states;
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in sub-section(1), the Federal Government or a Provincial Government may, before the judgment is pronounced by a trial court, withdraw from the prosecution of any person including an absconding accused who is found to be falsely involved for political reasons or through political victimization in any case initiated between 1st day of January, 1986 to 12th day of October, 1999 and upon such withdrawal clause (a) and clause (b) of sub-section (1) shall apply.

Hence, amnesty was GRANTED!

Its ironic how many of the 34 have come forward expressing their sincerity and commitment towards their clear and honest objectives.

The Defence Minister in his defence says and I quote; “I am a victim, not a beneficiary”.

After opposing the ordinance, MQM’s Haider Abbas Rizvi during a panel discussion at a tv station says his party is ready to face the charges while at the same time claiming that Muttahida Quami Movement has not benefited from the NRO.

So what does an opposition like the Nawazes do in such a situation, well just recently, the first to give-up an office was none other than a chip off from the PML-N. One begins to wonder what could possibly be their agenda.

While we’re still thinking about as to why Musharraf did this why he did that – how many of us have actually come out on one-forum questioning those who are say here and around us.

Nevertheless having said that, if I steal something I want to be given immunity.

When there is no rule of law and when we accept to live under such extraordinary circumstances – so instead of being treated like a third grade citizen in one’s own country – of not going into trial for over a decade to say the least - why because perhaps our judiciary is busy dealing with the matters of the state.

I demand immunity for my past crimes. I am an ordinary citizen, why should I be treated any differently just because I wasn’t born off from a feudal lord or off a sugar baron.
